COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is a consumer protection agency responsible for enforcing the COPPA Rule, or the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This rule spells out what managers of websites and online services are required to do in order to protect children’s privacy and safety online, particularly for online users under the age of 13.

We do not market our website or the content therein to children under 13, nor do we knowingly collect any personal identifying information from minor visitors or users under the age of 18.

California Online Privacy Protection Act
